OE&C2 Process

Investigation & Analysis Phase: We immerse ourselves in the current situation so that to identify both the size and the magnitude of the sources of costs as well as their behavior.
Pain Points Identification Phase: By making use of data, we identify the main pain points that we would need to manage so that costs are reduced and behave in an appropriate way. At this stage, we set the relevant KPIs thus ensuring not only the direct diagnosis of the situation but also the existence alerts that would signify actions for improvement, corrections and fine tunings at later stages.
Solution Proposal Phase: Based on our findings we prepare the necessary appropriate plan. This does not only include short-term cost-reducing actions. Rather we size the re-evaluate processes and tasks, we conduct resource planning both on the value-producing chain and on the supportive functions and we evaluate outsourcing options and we optimize request for proposal processes that we optimize so that the results of our work stays with the company.
Solution Implementation Phase: At this stage, we design, redesign and implement policies, rules, guidelines, processes and systems, we implement any required downsizing, outsourcing and subcontracting actions, managing the whole process end-to-end.
Results Measurement Phase: At this stage, we measure the results of the whole effort, and we set the relevant targets for the future.
